JK founded Global Spice Kitchens with a simple belief: food should taste like it was made by someone who cares. Drawing on recipes passed down through his family and years spent perfecting technique across Indian regional cuisines, he built a cloud kitchen model that puts all of its energy into one thing - the food.
What started as small catering orders for friends and community events in San Jose grew, by word of mouth, into a full-service cloud kitchen. Today, Global Spice Kitchens prepares everything from everyday takeaway favorites to elaborate spreads for weddings and corporate functions - every dish made fresh, using quality ingredients, and plated the way JK would serve it at his own table.
